Why won’t my Harvester Server jobs launch?

While there could be many reasons for this, the most common reasons are:

The collection machines are not on the same domain as the shared network folder Harvester Server is installed to.
– In order to collect from network machines, they must be on the same domain as the Harvester Server build folder.

PsExec was not installed, or was improperly installed/placed.
-PsExec is used as a Dispatch Method within Harvester Server, but if PsExec is not in the proper location, or simply not installed, jobs will not be launched (when using PsExec as a dispatch method). A download link is provided alongside your Harvester Server download link, and the correct location to place this download is within the Harvester Server build folder.
