Search and Collect Discoverable Documents and Email
Incomplete and undocumented electronic discovery collections occur every day. The result of mishandling these files can be costly to both the client and their legal counsel. Proper file collection methods should be discussed at the beginning of each case.

Whether you need to remotely collect hundreds of custodians or send out a few self-collection kits Pinpoint Harvester E-Discovery collection software can handle your project. Unlike other offerings, Pinpoint Labs doesn’t require you to purchase additional products or services in order to facilitate a collection. Data collected with Harvester can be processed with all popular E-Discovery tools or shipped to the vendor you choose.

Common Pinpoint Harvester Uses

  • Collect E-Discovery data from dozens of custodians on a network
  • Remotely monitor E-Discovery collection jobs
  • Send Self-Collection hard drive kits that include scripted jobs to remote users

Like others, you will find that Pinpoint Labs products are typically less expensive because our pricing model doesn’t attempt to capitalize on every gigabyte, or custodian collected. A simple flat rate pricing structure allows you to use the tools as often as you need without worrying about a usage tax.

I’d like to let you know how Harvester helped my client this week. I was presented with the daunting task of processing 60 PST files (30GB) at 8:00 am in preparation for depositions the same afternoon.

The client provided 11 key words and 2 domain names, along with a date range.
Utilizing Harvester I was able to cull down the paper equivalent of 2 million pages to a couple of hundred responsive emails, completing the discovery in a couple of hours.

Needless to say, the client was thrilled.
Thanks for a very fine product.

We have just upgraded to Harvester which carries with it, among other things, a deNISTing and deduplication functionality as well as key word culling, PST filtering and regeneration, automated job tickets, and header/signature analysis. Again, a tremendous value, priced far under forensic tools that run from $3,000 – $5,000. I do not know how you do it, PinPoint, but thank you.
